MyDot.DogSchedule a Meet & GreetPolicies & FAQs
Clear expectations make better care.
Here are the practical details behind a safe, dependable, and easy relationship with your dog-walking team.
01What are your hours?+
Our regular service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We do not currently provide walks on holidays. Availability within regular hours depends on your neighborhood, requested time, and current route capacity.
02Do you offer boarding?+
No. MyDot.Dog is focused exclusively on providing excellent dog walks. We do not offer boarding or overnight care.
03How do I get started?+
Create your Time To Pet profile and request a free meet & greet. We’ll learn about your dog, discuss access and routines, and confirm that your address and schedule fit our current routes.
04How do I schedule and pay?+
Clients use Time To Pet to request services, manage their schedule, receive visit reports, and pay invoices securely.
05What is your cancellation policy?+
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service are charged the full service price. This protects the reserved time in your walker’s route.
06Will my dog walk in a group?+
Many dogs enjoy carefully matched neighborhood groups. Groups are capped at three compatible dogs. Solo walks are available when individual care is the better fit.
07What happens after each visit?+
You’ll receive a Time To Pet report with photos, a mapped route, visit duration, and notes from your walker.
08Are you insured?+
Yes. MyDot.Dog is fully insured, and safety, privacy, and responsible home access are central to how we operate.
09Do you walk in bad weather?+
We generally walk in normal New England weather, adapting pace and duration for safety. Extreme conditions may require a shorter outdoor break or schedule change.
10Do you accept one-time walks?+
Our schedule is designed primarily around recurring clients. One-time or occasional requests may be available depending on route capacity.
